eScrip is a way for businesses to donate electronically to San Ramon PTA whenever you shop at participating stores or restaurants. There is no cost to you! Last year San Ramon raised $4,000 through eScrip, primarily due to families shopping at Safeway. If you are new to eScript, please look for information in the Dolphin Splash about joining. If you are a current eScrip participant, please make sure all your cards and those of your family and friends are current and list San Ramon as a school of choice. eScrip on-line mall Bookmark the eScrip on-line mall and check to see how many of your favorite on-line retailers will donate back to your school, just by shipping from the E-scrip site. Participating merchants include Lands End, Old Navy.com, Macys and Sierra Trading Post.

How to set up eScrip:

  1. Go to the eScrip website’s registration page.
  2. Do a search for “San Ramon Elementary PTA”
  3. Follow the on screen steps for registering your cards.

Diamond Certified to Donate to the PTA

Posted on 01/11/2012 by by Russ

Hey, fellow parents!

My name is Russ and I manage this website for the PTA. I’m also the Marketing Director for Diamond Certified, a program that rates local companies based on customer satisfaction and offers performance guarantees (and more) to consumers who deal with the companies that are able to pass our rigorous ratings process.

We’re currently expanding our Diamond Certified Preferred Consumer Program, and I’ve designed a win-win-win situation. When you sign up to become a Diamond Certified Preferred Consumer, the Diamond Certified Program will donate $1 to the San Ramon Elementary PTA! Membership is always FREE and comes with numerous benefits, including access to a members-only hotline, a double performance guarantee and a subscription to the annual Diamond Certified Directory.

Sign up at www.DiamondCertified.org/Donate

This is an extremely easy fundraiser for the PTA that also benefits you by giving you access to top-rated companies in Novato.

Thanks for your support!

Important information from San Ramon

As you may know, the California Constitution requires that public education be provided to students free of charge, unless a charge is specifically authorized by law for a particular program or activity.

Many of the programs and activities have expenses that have been generously supported in the past by parents such as field trips, music instruments, sports, back to school supplies, etc.

We graciously ask you to continue to voluntarily donate as you have in the past if your school or teacher makes a request to help out with providing materials or funding. If you’re unable to donate, this will not affect your student and the necessary materials will be provided. However, we want you to be aware that core funding will have to be redirected from other programs and activities to cover those costs. Your donation helps to keep programs such as sports, music, science labs, etc. available to all students. Thank you.
